Your mission
Executive Support:
Assist with project updates, communications (emails, reports, presentations), and social media content.
Oversee special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with CCO’s goals.
Manage the CCO’s calendar, including meetings and deadlines and oversee the different team calendars under the CCO’s umbrella.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the teams.
Project & Initiative Management:
Take ownership of key initiatives, tracking progress and collaborating with teams to meet deadlines.
Support cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Service, Software, Purchasing, and Finance) for strategic initiatives.
Anticipate and resolve potential roadblocks proactively.
Marketing & Event Coordination:
Manage marketing activities, including social media content, internal campaigns, and tradeshow organization.
Measure ROI on marketing activities and support coordination with the German headquarters.
Assist with onsite and offsite company events.
Meeting & Travel Management:
Organize internal/external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation), ensuring required documents are in place.
Support the travel requirements of team members under the company’s travel policy.
Team Support:
Foster a collaborative, positive team environment.
Assist sales and service teams as needed, contributing to team goals and projects.
Your profile
Experience: 5+ years supporting C-level executives.
Skills:
Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and other business tools.
High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability.
Personal Traits:
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professionalism, positive attitude, and emotional intelligence.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel internationally.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to listen, communicate verbally, and use a computer for extended periods.
Frequent tasks include sitting, standing, walking, reaching with hands/arms, lifting, and operating office equipment.
Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to lift up to 50-60 pounds unassisted occasionally.
Valid driver's license with minimal restrictions required.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. Travel may involve using various modes of transportation, including car, airplane, or train.
Work Environment
Office setting with occasional travel in the US and International. Passport required.
Travel requirements are approximately 10-20%. All necessary travel expenses will be reimbursed, and a company-supplied vehicle may be provided. Passport required for international travel at employees’ expense.
Requires movement across the facility and use of standard office equipment.
Occasional driving may be required as needed for business purposes. Therefore, the ability to sit for an extended period while driving, having manual dexterity to handle the steering wheel, strong and visual acuity for driving various distances in different lighting conditions is required.
