We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager with a focus on Canine Reproduction to provide exceptional customer service and manage accounts within our sales division. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients seeking reproduction supplies for their dogs and will help guide them through the selection of products and services best suited to their needs. You will play a key role in growing the business by building strong relationships, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales, all while ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Our customers are primarily veterinary clinics and breeders, including modern farm facilities, universities, and clinical research organizations.
First point of contact of incoming phone calls.
Process orders that are initiated via email, Webshop or phone calls to the office.
Quote products to customers making inquiries from the website, email, or phone conversations.
Assist ART Specialists with complex quotes and finalizing sales requests.
Be the liaison between logistics, services, ART Specialists and sales to ensure that orders are fulfilled as requested.
Build and sustain relationships with new and existing customers.
Participate in customer visits.
Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales using a CRM platform.
Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
Keep current with the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events as necessary.
Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
Recommend new product and service options by evaluating current product results and identifying the results needed.
Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences and other events as needed.
Fully support ISO requirements and objectives.
Your profile
Strong ability to build relationships with customers, breeders, and industry professionals, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Demonstrated ability in sales and account management, with a background in animal reproduction, veterinary services, or agriculture preferred, with a love for dogs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex reproductive services in a simple and persuasive manner.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounts while meeting sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize creative thinking and attention to detail to find solutions for clients’ needs, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
At least 3 years of experience in canine reproduction, agriculture, or related field. A veterinary technician in a small animal clinic with reproduction or related animal care industry is preferred.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20% of the time), including driving, flying, and occasionally traveling under specific biosecurity protocols.

Physical Requirements
Regularly required to talk, hear, and sit or stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and move up to 20-30 pounds unassisted.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel using various modes of transportation.
Ability to work in both office and field environments, occasionally under factory, laboratory, or veterinary clinic conditions.
International travel may require compliance with biosecurity and health protocols.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment with occasional visits to client sites, requiring travel across the United States and potentially abroad.
Travel requirements are approximately 10-20%. All necessary travel expenses will be reimbursed, and a company-supplied vehicle may be provided. Passport required for international travel at employees’ expense.
Requires movement across the facility and use of standard office equipment.
The role requires interaction with internal teams (sales, service, software, and logistics) and external clients, often working across different settings including office, laboratory, and field environments.
Occasional driving may be required as needed for business purposes. Therefore, the ability to sit for an extended period while driving, having manual dexterity to handle the steering wheel, strong and visual acuity for driving various distances in different lighting conditions is required.
